Booking Your Appointment:

Make your booking request with our Client Services Team by phone. Due

to the intricate and numerous details connected to most special events,

we like to customize the booking to meet your individual needs. Some

events are more streamlined and we will book accordingly. Once your

details are received, our Salon Director or a member of our Design Team

will be in touch quickly to answer questions and finalize booking details.

Special Event Appointment Details:

Some Special Event appointments require a deposit and a

consultation/design trial appointment prior to styling on event day. We

recommend booking your consultation and your “day of” appointment 4-8

months ahead of time to ensure date and stylist availability. Please note

deposits are required to secure appointment time and stylist availability.

Due to the competitive nature of bookings in the area of special event

styling, deposits for these services are non-refundable.

• We require a minimum of 4 styles to book your special event services on location. Less than 4 styles can be completed on-site at Union Salon. If you have a special request, however, please let us know how we can accommodate your needs.

• Deposit amounts will be applied to your service total on the day of your event. We can always accommodate more services for your special event but unfortunately we cannot remove services that have already been committed to the schedule.

• Consultations/design trials are held in salon only and should be booked no later than a month prior to your event day. Following this timeline allows us flexibility in adding details or changing design approaches and gives us plenty of time to do so. Feeling confident and glamorous on your big day will rely heavily on your trust and relationship with your stylist. The design trial is a crucial time for that to happen. We look forward to getting to know you and your inspiration!

• We try to plan for under or at 4-5 hours of styling for most bridalparties of 4 or more people. We will book the appropriate number of stylists needed to stay within this time frame.

• It is a good idea to collect inspiration pictures prior to your design trial. There will be an in-depth consultation reviewing your inspiration and discussing how best to customize your vision with your hair type and event details. In many trials it is not uncommon to try multiple design approaches to land upon the details and look that speaks to you most.

• Thickness and length of hair are always factors in bringing an idea to life. In some instances it may be recommended that extensions, hairpieces or support aides be purchased to help your ideas become a reality.

• Union Salon does not offer make-up services but can make a referral based on the talented artists we have worked with in the past.

Travel Fees for on-site styling:

Union Salon requires a travel fee for each stylist that performs on-site

styling services at your event.

0-15 miles from Salon: $50

16-45 miles from Salon: $100

46-100 miles from Salon: $175

101+ miles from Salon: $TBD
